HealthyKID and HealthyCampus are brand names of TraWello Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON WEBSITE
HealthyCampus is the only service available to be ordered online through our website, for which this refund policy is applicable.
Cancellation of your service order can be done up to, 1 day before the scheduled “live online training”. After that time, no cancellation request can be accepted. For further details please see the next paragraphs.
If you decide to cancel the service order 3 days before the scheduled “live online training”, you can always do so by contacting us either on our WhatsApp (+91 6366 109 109) or sending us an e-mail at support@healthykid.in. The refund amount would exclude the GST charges, if the GST was added to your total bill. If you decide to cancel the service order, between 3 days to 1 day before the “live online training” scheduled date, then you will get only 50% of your billed amount minus the GST charges, if GST was added to your total bill. If for some reason, the “live online training” scheduled on a particular date had to be postponed by us, to another date, because of which you decide to cancel the service order, then you will be refunded the total amount minus the GST charges.
In ALL other situations, NO refund will be possible.
If your payment for the “HealthyCampus Service” is successful and you could not attend the live online class for some reason on the scheduled date, then we can move you to the next live online class, after the next dates are being released. Only one time rescheduling is permitted. If you miss the 2nd scheduled date, then we will not be able to reschedule your live online class dates further. And, we will not be able to refund the registration amount.
This is very unlikely to happen. But, if for any unforeseen reason, your payment is done and money is deducted from your Account (Credit Card or Bank or Wallet), but your payment is captured as “Failed” or did not succeed, then please reach out to us and send the Transaction ID and the details of the transaction to support@healthykid.in. After we reconcile the transaction details with our payment gateway, our support team will reach out to you and take the necessary steps. If your Transaction ID reflects in our system records, we will do the necessary refund.
Refund Payment Methods Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund will be pushed to the same credit card.

Refund Fees
TraWello Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. (called ‘TraWello’) does not charge
any refund fees, if the service ordered is cancelled 3 days before the
scheduled date of the training. If the cancellation happens between 3
days to 1 day before the scheduled “live online training”, then 50% of the
fee is charged as refund fee. However, the GST levied by TraWello at the
time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.
